The Compassion Action Network is a collaborative effort of Anoka County Human Services, Faith Communities and Non-profit Organizations working together to help individuals discover the value of their own gifts when connected with the gifts of others and the power of this linkage in meeting our communities' needs.

FREE ASSISTANCE with TAX FORMS
Free assistance is available for seniors, disabled adults and low to moderate income households at the following sites from February 1 through April 15, 2010. This service is sponsored by the AARP Tax Aide Foundation, the IRS and the Minnesota Department of Revenue.

Please bring all records and forms that you received to prepare this year's taxes. If you wish to have your 2009 Minnesota Homeowners Property Tax Refund or Rent Credit forms completed, you must bring your 2010 Property Tax Statement from Anoka County or a copy of your Certificate of Rent paid for 2009 from your landlord. (Anoka County 2010 Property Tax Statements are mailed to homeowners in March.)
