Here are a few connections made as a result of participation in COI:
- A mental health agency filled a need for a volunteer receptionist by connecting with a program that trains volunteers and places low-income seniors in settings where they can gain job skills and experience.
- A social worker looking for household supplies and furniture for a family received various items from a local church.
- A Muslim woman working on getting her driver's license connected with another Muslim woman who was willing to help her practice driving.
